The Johnson Bar lifting tool was first used in Egypt, and that design is still being used today due to its remarkable lifting ability. To our knowledge, the San Francisco Fire Department was the first to bring this technology to the fire service. Our Johnson Bars are hand-made with pride by firefighters from Redwood City, CA.

  • Strong enough to lift and move cars and other heavy objects off of victims of entrapment
  • Quick to deploy
  • Useful in numerous applications

Six solid 16" x 12" x 11" wood blocks are required as fulcrum points for this tool, and are not included. Price includes metal boot and straight grain Douglas Fir raw wood bar only, lead time 4-6 weeks. For custom stain and hand-painted graphics, contact us for lead times and pricing.
